Slacko is a free, open-source terminal client for Slack, distributed under the MIT License. It runs entirely on your local machine and communicates directly with Slack’s API.

Slack’s Terms

You are responsible for complying with Slack’s Terms of Service and your workspace’s policies when using Slacko. Slacko is an independent project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Slack Technologies.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Slack authentication tokens. Do not share tokens or configuration files that contain sensitive information.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Slacko.

These terms may be updated at any time. The revised version will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of Slacko after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
